El verano pasado El Hombre y yo fuimos invitados a la boda de unos amigos, en la que sin duda disfrutamos de los recién casados e invitados, sobretodo en el baile, y además nos llevamos como regalo una receta de pan de plátano. ¡Yuuhuuu!
Esta semana tenía unos plátanos muy maduros por casa con los que no sabía qué hacer y me animé a hacerla por primera vez, así que si estás en la misma tesitura, aquí tienes una solución.

Your dishes have more carbohydrates or fats, but hey, you’re protecting yourself from the cold. And the oven becomes the king of your kitchen, heating the house and your feet. 🙂
I leave you here a nice and cheap recipe. In the oven, of course. Arabic style aubergine with sweet potato chips. Take that!
